How do I book an appointment?
Call us on +7 (912) 313-67-88 or write to us on VK. We will find a convenient slot — there are often openings within the next few days.
Do you use sedation?
No. We work only with trust and patience — we let the pet get used to us and take breaks. It takes longer, but it is safe and free of stress.
What if my pet has matted fur?
Bring your pet as it is — we will carefully work the mats out or clip them off. The price may change slightly depending on how matted the coat is, and we will always tell you in advance.
Can I stay during the appointment?
Most pets are calmer without their owner in the room. But if yours feels better with you nearby, just tell us — we are happy to adapt.
How long does grooming take?
A full session takes 1.5 to 3 hours depending on size and coat condition. Nail trimming takes 10–15 minutes and needs no appointment during opening hours.
Do you groom cats?
Yes. Full grooming, dry de-shedding without bathing, hygiene and nails. Natalya is our cat specialist — even for the most opinionated ones.
